Thelma Warner is a former flight attendant and a retired Business Education Teacher. Unfortunately, Thelma experienced Heart failure in 2013 which led to her having a heart transplant in 2017. When things couldn't get any worse, she suffered an acute kidney injury during her heart surgery. Kidney disease has 5 Stages and believe it or not, she is Stage 5 renal disease. How can you help?
